Fasting has an ancient history, with every major religion incorporating it into their practices. For over two million years, alternating between periods of feasting and fasting was the natural way of life.

We all fast every night while we sleep, and extending this fasting window, combined with periods of eating normally (feasting), is an easy way to reconnect with a more natural rhythm. Research shows that this approach brings remarkable physical and mental health benefits.

Fasting is incredibly effective and adaptable, making it one of the simplest ways to heal, thrive and be happy in today’s fast-paced world. By gaining confidence in fasting, you can unlock its extraordinary benefits. At the retreat I can answer your questions and make fasting simple and effortless.

What can I eat and drink?

Food and drink choices around your fast can optimise gains

How you re-feed after a fast is crucial. When approached with intention and knowledge, it’s a powerful opportunity to achieve remarkable results—whether it’s building muscle, improving your gut microbiome, or continuing weight loss.

I primarily support fasts of 24, 36, 48, 72, and 96 hours, but you are welcome to choose what feels right for you during your stay.

Broth fasting is also available, and we offer meal options for guests who prefer to eat with us—details can be found on our retreat page.

This experience will deepen your understanding, boost your self-confidence, and provide you with the momentum to build a lasting relationship with fasting.
